These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made through Travel n Breakz.

2. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed include applicable taxes, airline-imposed charges, and service fees unless stated otherwise.

Airfares are not guaranteed until full payment is received and tickets are issued.

Payments may be processed in multiple transactions depending on the booking.

In case of any pricing error or discrepancy, Travel n Breakz reserves the right to cancel or amend the booking.

3. Booking and Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and airline approval.

A booking is considered confirmed only after the issuance of an e-ticket.

Customers must review all booking details upon receipt and notify us within 24 hours in case of any errors.

4. Discounted Fare Deals (Special Conditions)

Certain discounted or promotional fares come with additional restrictions:

  • Tickets and/or boarding passes may be issued up to 24 hours prior to departure.
  • Instant ticket issuance may not be available for such fares.
  • These bookings are typically more restrictive and may have limited flexibility.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • If a booking is canceled within 24 hours of purchase, a USD $50 cancellation fee per passenger will be charged.
  • After 24 hours from the time of booking, cancellations are subject entirely to airline fare rules and policies.
  • Most tickets are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
  • If a booking is canceled directly with the airline, customers must inform Travel n Breakz for further processing.
  • Refund timelines generally take 7–10 business days, but may vary depending on airline or supplier policies.

6. Changes and Modifications

  • Any date change, name correction, or itinerary modification within 24 hours of booking will incur a USD $50 service fee per passenger, plus any airline charges.
  • After 24 hours, all changes depend on airline rules, fare conditions, and availability.
  • Fare differences may apply based on the new travel date or route.
  • Some tickets may not allow changes after issuance.

7. Travel Documents and Visa Requirements

Passengers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and required travel documents.

Travel n Breakz does not provide visa services.

Failure to obtain proper documentation will not qualify for refunds.

Travelers must check both destination and transit visa requirements.

8. Baggage Policy

Baggage allowance depends on the airline, route, and ticket type.

Passengers must verify baggage rules directly with the airline.

Additional charges may apply for excess or oversized baggage.

9. Passenger Name Accuracy

The name on the ticket must exactly match the government-issued ID or passport.

Incorrect names may result in denied boarding.

Name corrections are subject to airline approval and applicable fees.

10. Flight Changes, Delays, and Airline Responsibility

Airlines may change or cancel flight schedules due to operational requirements.

Travel n Breakz acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for airline delays, cancellations, or missed connections.

We will assist in providing alternative options where possible, but final decisions rest with the airline.

11. Travel Insurance and Health Requirements

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical emergencies, or baggage loss.

Passengers must comply with all health, vaccination, and entry requirements of their destination.

12. Special Requests and Unaccompanied Minors

Special services such as seat selection or meals must be requested directly with the airline.

For unaccompanied minors, customers must follow the airline’s specific policies before booking.

13. Force Majeure

Travel n Breakz is not responsible for disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including:

  • Natural disasters
  • War or terrorism
  • Government restrictions
  • Strikes or labor disputes
  • Airline operational failures

Any refunds in such cases will be subject to airline or supplier policies.

14. Promotions and Offers

All promotional fares and discounts are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.

Offers cannot be combined unless clearly stated.

15. Communication and Customer Support
